Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients aged 6 to 16, regardless of gender; 2. Young permanent teeth with at least one necrotic pulp in a single tube: temperature and electrical pulp tests show negative reactions; Imaging evidence shows that the affected tooth is a single tube with a root apex diameter greater than 1 mm; 3. The affected tooth has a history of complete dislocation and replantation trauma; 4. The patient and guardian agree to participate in this clinical study.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. The affected tooth is accompanied by root fracture or alveolar bone fracture; 2. Allergic to dental materials such as Vitapex or iRoot BP; 3. The child has poor cooperation or suffers from systemic or chronic diseases that may affect prognosis (including intellectual disabilities and mental disorders).
