Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Diagnosed with end-stage renal disease (ESRD) with uremia and utilizing an arteriovenous graft fistula (AVG) as the hemodialysis vascular access; 2. Age >= 18 years; 3. Undergoing maintenance hemodialysis for >=3 months, with each session lasting 3-4 hours and receiving 2-3 sessions per week; 4. Signed informed consent form and voluntarily enrolled in the study.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Use of central venous catheter (CVC) or direct arterial puncture for vascular access during dialysis; 2. Patients with an established arteriovenous graft fistula (AVG) not yet cannulated for hemodialysis; 3. History of thrombosed or non-functional arteriovenous graft fistula (AVG); 4. Incomplete postoperative dataset (e.g., missing ultrasonographic measurements or follow-up records.
