Experimental group:Regular lower limb motor function training (5 days a week, once a day, 30 minutes each time) + neck proprioception training (10 minutes each time, once a day)
Control group:Regular lower limb motor function training (5 days a week, once a day, 30 minutes each time)

18 Years to 80 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. All patients meet the diagnostic criteria for stroke according to the International Classification of Diseases, 10th Revision (ICD-10). 2. First-time onset, and the course of the disease is in the recovery phase. 3. Stroke causing unilateral motor dysfunction. 4. Able to sit independently for 15 minutes. 5. Normal hearing and vision, or normal after correction.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Suffering from other diseases that may affect walking function except for this stroke 2. Severely impaired cognitive function or suffering from severe mental illness 3. Severe osteoporosis 4. Vestibular-related dizziness symptoms 5. Suffering from serious vital organs such as heart, lung, liver and kidney diseases or functional insufficiency 6) Refusing to sign the informed consent form
