Test group 2 :Control infusion of 4 ng/ml remifentanil was given.
Test group 3 :Control infusion of 8 ng/ml remifentanil was given.
Test group 4 :Control infusion of 16 ng/ml remifentanil was given.
Control group :Control infusion of 0 ng/ml remifentanil was given.
Test group 1 :Control infusion of 2 ng/ml remifentanil was given.

18 Years to 55 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. elective operation. 2. ASA Physical Status Rating I or II. 3. Aged between 18 and 55 years old. 4. BMI:18~28kg/m^2.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients undergoing cardiac or emergency surgery. 2. Severe liver and kidney dysfunction. 3. Patients with central nervous system disorders or with a history of long-term psychotropic drug use. 4. Allergic to benzodiazepines, opioids, propofol or muscle relaxants. 5. Pregnant or lactating women.
