Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) No history of neuromuscular disorders; (2) no lower limb injury in the six months preceding the study; (3) regular training participation 3–5 times per week

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Low compliance; (2) Injury and loss to follow-up, withdrawal during the study; (3) Failure to cooperate
