Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Age>=60 years old, and live in the community for the next 6 months; 2. Clinically diagnosed with AD-derived MCI, but the ability of daily living (ADL) is basically independent, i.e., MoCA score 24 points; ADL score < 26 points; 3. Stable vital signs, normal language communication and comprehension skills, able to cooperate with the development of this study; 4. Community MCI seniors or dependents voluntarily sign an informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Determined to have any type of dementia; 2. Suffering from severe anxiety, depression, phobia, schizophrenia and other mental illnesses, or unconsciousness, delirium and other mental illnesses that affect cognitive function assessment; 3. Taking neuropsychiatric drugs that cause cognitive impairment; 4. Those who cannot cooperate with the cognitive examination due to advanced age, low education level or other factors; 5. Unable to walk 10m independently.
