65 Years to 90 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (i) age >= 65 years (ii) duration of CLBP >= 12 weeks (iii) NRS score >= 3 (iv) Cognitive decline, MoCA<26 (if the subject's years of education are <= 12 years, add 1 point to the total score) (v) Participants must have a secondary school education or above and be able to understand and comprehend the experimental instructions

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (i) pregnant women (ii) individuals with uncontrolled hypertension (iii) cardiovascular disease, Parkinson's disease (iv) medical conditions that may be contradictory to our exercise training
