Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.50 years of age and above; 2.Long-term residence in Tiantongyuan area, Changping District, Beijing; 3.Agree to join the study and sign a written informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Deaf-mute, mental illness and other conditions that may affect normal communication ability; 2. Those who cannot complete the follow-up on time; 3. Those who have a pregnancy plan or are currently pregnant during the study period; 4. Other reasons deemed inappropriate by the investigator to participate in this study.
