Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. ASA grade I-II; 2. 1-6 year-olds and preoperative Separation Anxiety Scale score >= 3 points; 3. Body mass index (BMI)18.5~23.9 kg/m^2;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Allergic to the drugs used in this subjects; 2. Known rhinitis or nasal deformities; 3. The guardians of patients refused participation; 4. Children who refused to take oral midazolam;
