Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Meet the diagnostic criteria for chronic ankle instability, with no gender restrictions, both men and women are acceptable; 2.18-65 years old 3. The patient agreed to participate in the research and signed the informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. History of bilateral ankle sprains or instability phenomena; 2. History of lower extremity fractures or musculoskeletal surgery; 3. There has been any history of acute musculoskeletal injury of the lower extremities within the past three months, and any medication that affects balance function has been taken. 4. Visual impairment, vestibular or balance disorders.
