Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients or their family members who completed the preoperative anesthesia evaluation via the internet-based platform between May and June 2025;Age>=18 years;Signed electronic informed consent. Anesthesiologists involved in providing preoperative anesthesia evaluations through the internet-based platform.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Individuals with cognitive or psychiatric disorders who are unable to complete the questionnaire independently.
