Interventions

Group T:After the delivery of the fetus, the mother in Group T will receive intravenous infusion of dexmedetomidine
Group C:After the delivery of the fetus in Group C, the mother will receive the same volume of physiological saline solution

18 Years to 40 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Pregnant women who are planning to undergo cesarean section, over 18 years old, full-term pregnant and in labor, without serious cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, willing to communicate well with the follow-up, voluntarily participate in this study and sign relevant informed consent forms.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Previous family history of mental illness or depression, history of abuse of ketamine or other drugs, long-term use of certain drugs within the first 6 months, history of long-term alcohol abuse, severe cardiovascular and cerebrovascular disease, and unwillingness to communicate.
