Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) 70 17; (5) Signed informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Known intolerance or hypersensitivity to dexmedetomidine; (2) Previously diagnosed or suspected significant neurocognitive dysfunction in patients with a score =17 on the Brief Mental State Examination (MMSE); (3) Severe audiovisual impairment; (4) Traumatic brain injury; intracranial hemorrhage <1 year prior to inclusion date; (5) Preoperative Pittsburgh Sleepiness Scale assessment with a score <15; (5) Hepatic and renal insufficiency; (6) Planned deep postoperative sedation (RASS value of -4-5); (7) Those who were allergic to postoperative analgesic pump medications.
