Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Meets the diagnostic criteria for stroke 2. First onset 3. Between the ages of 18 and 60 4. Gender unlimited 5.The course of the disease is more than 1 month 6. MMSE >=27 points, no cognitive impairment 7.The anatomical structure of the forearm, wrist, and fingers is normal, and there are no old fractures or defects; 8. Brunnstrom staging of lateral upper limbs and hands for stage IV and above
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Muscle tone>I+level 2. Combined with other serious systemic diseases and osteoarthritis 3. Severe emotional disorders 4.Unstable condition 5.Poor physical endurance
