Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Get used to running on your heels; 2. Have at least 2 years of running experience, and the weekly running volume is not less than 10km; 3. Pain in or around the back of the patella in at least 2 movements during running, squatting, going up/down stairs, sedentary, jumping, and resisting knee extension; 4. The pain is not related to direct trauma and has been present for at least 3 months; 5. The pain level should reach at least 3 points or more on the Visual Analog Scale (VAS) of 10cm (0 represents no pain, 10 represents maximum pain).
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patellar subluxation or dislocation; 2. Knee arthritis, or tendons, ligaments, meniscus and other tissue injuries; 3. Have a history of lower limb surgery. The screening of all subjects was uniformly completed by 1 experienced rehabilitation therapist, and the subjects were divided into 8 groups according to the location of pain: upper lateral area, upper medial area, lower lateral area, lower internal testing area, medial joint line, lateral joint line, patella and posterior knee pain, and the subjects signed the informed consent form after understanding the detailed experimental process.
