Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Elderly patients with chronic renal failure, who meet the disease-related diagnostic criteria in the Guidelines for the Diagnosis and Treatment of Chronic Renal Failure with Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine; 2. Concurrent AHF, which meets the criteria in the "Chinese Clinical Practice Guidelines for Emergency Acute Heart Failure (2017)"; 3. Meet the indications of CRRT, undergo CRRT for the first time, and the treatment mode is hemodiafiltration; 4. The clinical data were complete and the outcome was clear.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. CRRT was performed to complete the ultrafiltration volume, but the treatment time was < 24 h; 2. CRRT treatment is interrupted due to factors such as the patient's inability to tolerate the requirement to get off the machine, severe hypotension, death, specialist or out-of-office examination, etc.; 3. Receiving anticoagulant medication before CRRT; 4. Accompanied by severe abnormality of coagulation function, in a state of diffuse intravascular coagulation; 5. Incomplete data.
