Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Age >= 18 years old. 2. Symptomatic atherosclerotic stenosis of the vertebral artery. And underwent bare stent angioplasty. 3. There were no severe perioperative complications. 4. Written informed consent was obtained from patients or their legal representatives. 5. The subjects and their legal representatives are willing to follow the follow-up requirements of the protocol.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with intracranial hemorrhage and intracranial tumors. 2. Complicated with serious cardiovascular, blood, liver and kidney diseases. 3. Severe coagulopathy is absolutely contraindicated to antiplatelet therapy. 4. Contraindications to cerebral angiography. 5. Life expectancy less than 6 months. 6. Refusal to sign the relevant research consent form.
