Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Pregnant women with preterm birth <32 weeks gestational age;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Pregnant women who are allergic to the drugs used; 2.Pregnant women with liver and gallbladder disease and broad bean disease; 3.Pregnant women are using drugs that affect vitamin K metabolism such as anticonvulsants, anticoagulants, antituberculosis drugs, etc; 4.Neonates with severe birth trauma or severe asphyxia;
