18 Years to 45 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Females aged 18 to 45 years; 2.Body mass index (BMI) between 17 and 25 kg/m^2; 3.In good health; 4.Normal foot arch; 5.Willing to participate in the study and have signed the informed consent form;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Presence of severe lower limb or foot diseases; 2.Pregnant or breastfeeding women; 3.History of lower limb pain or injury within the last 6 months; 4.Habitual exercisers with exceptional physical fitness; 5.Unable to ensure no exercise or intense physical activity 24 hours prior to the trial;
