Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. The mean of the pur-tone hearing threshold of the four frequencies of 0.5, 1, 2 and 4kHz is > 20 dB HL, and the =60 years; 3. Able to cooperate with relevant examination items, agree to accept interventions and cooperate with follow-up; 4. Proficient in Mandarin; 5. Right hand.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Conductive hearing loss or mixed hearing loss (poor bone and air conductivity>10dB); 2. Binaural hearing threshold asymmetry (the difference between the hearing thresholds of 0.5, 1, 2, and 4kHz at 4 frequencies of >= 15 dB); 3. Presence of intellectual, psychiatric, psychological, central system diseases and cognitive and behavioral disorders; 4. Hereditary deafness; 5. Active otological disease; 6. History of previous ear surgery.
