Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Age >= 18 years old; 2.Have undergone lung surgery and meets the discharge criteria, about to be discharged; 3.Pathologically diagnosed with lung cancer;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Have preoperative comorbidities such as hypertension, diabetes, coronary heart disease, atrial fibrillation, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, lower limb bone and joint muscle diseases, etc; 2.Have complications of Clavien-Dindo grade >= III during the postoperative hospital stay; 3.Unable to return to the hospital for a 6-minute walk test and pulmonary function test within 4 weeks after discharge; 4.Unable to understand the study content (e.g., due to cognitive or communication impairments); 5.Have preoperative regular aerobic exercise habits (>=3 times per week, each time >=30 minutes, >=moderate intensity, for more than 3 months); 6.Have participated in other interventional clinical trials;
