Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: From January 2024 to December 2025, 500 patients over the age of 40 who underwent cranial MRI detection in the supporting unit were prospectively collected

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. current acute infectious, inflammatory, or contagious diseases; 2. pulmonary hypertension; 3. acute diabetic complications and vascular complications; 4. hematologic disorders or malignancies (including intracranial tumors); 5. immune system abnormalities or hepatic/renal dysfunction; 6. history of myocardial infarction, stroke, atrial fibrillation, or heart failure; 7. secondary causes of white matter lesions (e.g., carbon monoxide poisoning, metabolic disorders, encephalitis, thyroid dysfunction, multiple sclerosis); 8. severe peripheral vascular disease; 9. pre-existing neurological or psychiatric disorders; 10. inability for self-care; 11. inability to cooperate due to communication impairments; 12. incomplete medical records that may affect model establishment.
