Interventions

Qualitative evaluation group:During the operation and the recovery period of anesthesia, the patients were managed by visual inspection of standard qualitative TOF monitoring.
Quantitative evaluation group:The standard quantitative TOFr method was used to manage muscle relaxation during operation and anesthesia recovery period.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Over 65 years old; 2. ASA Grading Class I to III; 3. BMI20-25Kg/m^2; 4. Undergo elective laparoscopic surgery under general anesthesia.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Comorbid neuromuscular disease or use of drugs that interfere with neuromuscular transmission; 2. Preoperative chronic hepatic and renal insufficiency; 3. Patients with atelectasis, pleural effusion, pneumothorax, pulmonary hypertension, and COPD before surgery; 4. The operation time is more than 2 hours; 5. Presence of low protein (serum total protein < 60g/L) or low hemoglobin (hemoglobin level less than 110g/L) before surgery.
