Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Meets the diagnostic criteria for stroke, first onset, aged between 18 and 60 years, regardless of gender, with a course of more than 1 month, and can cooperate with routine PT and OT treatment; 2.The flexor muscle tension of the affected hand is graded as I+or higher (including I+) according to the modified Ashworth grading; 3. MMSE score above 27, without cognitive impairment.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Muscle tension<I+level; 2.Those who have merged with other serious systemic diseases and osteoarthritis; 3.Severe emotional disorder, unstable condition.
