Inclusion criteria: 1. Age >= 18 years old; 2. Meets the criteria of Sepsis-3.0 and is associated with pulmonary infection;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. time of admission to ICU < 24h; 2. Pregnant and lactating people; 3. Patients with deficient lactate and albumin values;
