Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age> 18 years old; 2. Meet the diagnostic criteria of STEMI; 3. There is an indication for emergency PCI surgery and PCI surgery, and there are no contraindications to surgery; 4. The operation was successful and there were no surgical complications; 5. Complete clinical data.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with DM (who have been clearly diagnosed with DM in the past or have been using hypoglycemic drugs, or have fasting blood glucose >= 7.0mmol/L or blood glucose >=11.1mmol/L 2h after glucose load); 2. Liver and kidney function are obviously impaired (liver aminotransferases are 3 times higher than the normal value; or chronic kidney disease (CKD) in the end-stage with glomerular filtration rate <30 mL/min); 3. Previous history of cardiac surgery, severe cardiovascular or respiratory diseases (NYHA cardiac function grade III.-IV., cardiogenic shock or respiratory failure, etc.); 4. Other systemic serious diseases (such as hyperthyroidism, active infection, malignant tumors, autoimmune diseases or hematologic diseases).
