Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Age between 18 and 28 years old; (2) Bachelor's degree is not lower than that; (3) Voluntarily participate in mindfulness intervention training and follow-up; (4) Sign the Compliance Pledge; (5) Right hand.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Those who have received psychological counseling or psychosocial treatment in the past 3 months; (2) cognitive impairment, substance abuse, or other psychiatric disorders that may preclude effective understanding of the content of the intervention; (3) Received formal mindfulness intervention.
