Conform to the standards of the "Chinese Guidelines for Endovascular Treatment of Acute Ischemic Stroke 2023", and have been diagnosed by the Department of Neurology in our hospital, presenting symptoms including limb weakness, slurred speech, distorted corners of the mouth, loss of consciousness, and being in a comatose state.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.There is no gender limitation, and the age should be >= 18 years old. 2. There are definite symptoms and signs of neurological deficits. 3. In all patients, the status of the culprit vessel after endovascular treatment (EVT) is recanalization [using the modified Thrombolysis in Cerebral Infarction (mTICI) classification with a grade >= 2b], and visible hyperdense parenchymal shadows can be found on non-contrast computed tomography (NCCT) of the head immediately after the operation. 4. Patients underwent cranial CT examinations (including NCCT, CTA, and CTP) before EVT, and cranial NCCT examination immediately after the operation. Meanwhile, head CT and magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) examinations were repeated within 24 - 48 hours after the operation. 5. The clinical data of patients are complete, and the quality of imaging pictures meets the diagnostic requirements.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. High-density shadows appear in the cerebral sulci and cisterns or in the areas supplied by non-culprit vessels/infarcted areas. 2. The volume of the lesion is too small (less than 2 voxels can be seen). 3. Patients who lack of postoperative follow-up information.
