Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. prebyscusis group: 1) good ear 0.5, 1, 2, 4kHz 4 frequency pure tone hearing threshold average value > 20 dB HL, and = 60 years old;3) can cooperate with the relevant examination items;4) communicate fluently in Mandarin; 5) Right-handed. 2. Normal hearing elderly group: 1) binaural 0.5, 1, 2, 4 kHz frequency pure tone hearing threshold = 60 years old; 3) can cooperate with the relevant examination items; 4) communicate fluently in Mandarin; 5) Right-handed. 3. Normal hearing young group: 1) binaural 0.5, 1, 2, 4kHz 4 frequency pure tone hearing threshold average value <= 20 dB HL; 2) age 20-40 years old; 3) can cooperate with the relevant examination items;4) communicate fluently in Mandarin;5) Right-handed.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. conductive deafness or mixed deafness (bone air conduction difference >10 dB) 2. binaural hearing threshold asymmetry (binaural 0.5, 1, 2, 4 kHz 4 frequency pure tone hearing threshold difference >=15 dB) 3. the presence of intellectual, psychiatric, mental, central system diseases and cognitive and behavioral disorders 4. hereditary deafness 5. active otological diseases 6. previous otological surgery history.
