Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1) The age of the patient is 18-85 years old; 2) Strictly meets the clinical diagnostic criteria for colorectal cancer liver metastasis or is confirmed by pathological histology or cytology and meets the indications for CRLM surgical resection; 3) After CRLM surgical resection; 4) Classification of liver function of Child-Pugh A or B. 5) Have not received prior systemic therapy or surgical treatment for liver cancer;
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1) Primary malignancy with or now diagnosed as non-colorectal in medical history; 2) Involvement of adjacent organs of the portal venous system or cancer embolism; 3) No regular physical examination, laboratory examination or imaging examination (abdominal CT) during the follow-up period; 4) Unable to extract enough data. 5) Pregnant or lactating women; 6) Presence of autoimmune diseases;
