Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. CMM group: 1) age > 18 years old and signed informed consent; 2) Subjects with cardiometabolic comorbidities: including hypertension, diabetes, coronary heart disease, and stroke, participants with two or more of the above four diseases are considered to have cardiometabolic comorbidities. 3) Willing to participate in this study. 2. Control group: the same period of physical examination population.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1) Cardiomyopathy, valvular heart disease, congenital heart disease; 2) severe liver and kidney insufficiency; 3) Suspected or confirmed malignant tumor and under treatment; 4) sepsis, septic shock; 5)HIV/AIDS; 6) Refusal to sign informed consent. 7) Patients with mental abnormalities; 8) Mentally ill or pregnant or lactating women.
