Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. full-term (>= 37 weeks) primigravida of 20 to 40 years of age; 2. no contraindications to epidural anesthesia; 3. no neurological disorderz; 4. no diseases of the endocrine system, liver, kidneys, heart, lungs and so on.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. intrauterine fetal distress; 2. multiple pregnancy; 3. unexplained vaginal bleeding; 4. intrauterine infections;
