Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria for children patients: 1.Newly diagnosed children with type 1 diabetes mellitus (T1DM) WHO met the diagnostic criteria for type 1 diabetes mellitus stipulated by the WHO in 1999; 2.Age: 6 to 18 years old. Inclusion criteria for parents of the children patients: 1.Parents of children with type 1 diabetes who are over 18 years old and undertake the main care tasks; 2. Informed consent and voluntary participation in this research; 3. Those who have a primary school education or above, can understand the content of the scale and fill it out correctly.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Exclusion criteria for the child patients: 1.Those with concurrent tumors, severe chronic diseases and physical illnesses; 2. Children with cognitive impairment or mental illness; Exclusion criteria for the parents of the child patients: 1.Parents of children with cognitive impairment or mental illness; 2. Have a serious physical illness and be unable to cooperate with the investigators; 3. Those who quit halfway or parents who fail to fill in the information completely
