Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. American Association of Anesthesiologists (ASA) grade I ~ II patients. 2. Preoperative imaging examination found adrenal occupying lesions. 3. Patients who underwent unilateral adrenalectomy under laparoscopic general anesthesia for the first time. 4. Patients with histopathological morphology or immunohistochemical indicators after operation. 5. Patients who used rocuronium bromide during operation. 6: Patients over 18 years old

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Those who are allergic to experimental drugs and contraindications. 2. Incomplete or lacking clinical data. 3. Patients with other tumors or adrenal metastasis before operation. 4. morbid obesity (body mass index >=30kg/m……2) 5. Patients who use antibiotics and other drugs that interfere with neuromuscular transmission before operation. 6. Joint operators who received other surgical methods except adrenalectomy. 7. Those who have undergone gastrointestinal surgery before operation or have gastrointestinal related diseases.
