Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. According to the diagnostic criteria of stroke established by the 2019 Chinese Medical Association academic conference on cerebrovascular disease, all patients were diagnosed as first stroke by CT and MRI. The lesions mainly involved cerebellum and its connecting fibers; 2. Signs consistent with cerebellar ataxia; 3. Can walk 10m or more independently under supervision or assistance; 4. 60 patients were hospitalized in China Rehabilitation Research Center, the course of disease was less than 6 months; 5. Age 18-65 years old; 6. Clear consciousness and stable vital signs; 7. Volunteer to participate in this experiment;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Severe visceral disease; 2. Unable to cooperate with the treatment, consciousness disorders, intellectual disorders, emotional disorders; 3. There are other diseases that affect walking, such as osteoarthropathy, fracture, osteoporosis and so on; 4. Ataxia caused by other factors;
