4 Years to 8 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged >=4 years and +5.00 D in both eyes after cycloplegic refraction; 3. Astigmatism <2.00 D and anisometropia <1.00 D in both eyes; 4. Voluntary participation in this clinical trial with signed informed consent;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Manifest strabismus, nystagmus, or meeting amblyopia diagnostic criteria; 2. Family history of strabismus; 3. Organic eye diseases, history of ocular trauma, or ocular surgery; 4. Ocular comorbidities causing visual impairment; 5. History of convergence/accommodation therapy; 6. Premature birth with gestational age <32 weeks; 7. Developmental delay diagnosed by a pediatrician or through an Individualized Education Program (IEP); 8. Known neurological disorders (e.g., cerebral palsy, Down syndrome);
