60 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1: Aged 60-80 years 2: Body mass index (BMI) 18-30 kg/m² 3: ASA physical status I-III 4: Scheduled for combined upper and lower gastrointestinal endoscopy (gastroscopy and colonoscopy), including simple therapeutic procedures such as polypectomy

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1: Refusal to participate 2: BMI >30 kg/m² 3: Allergy to study medications 4: Severe obstructive sleep apnea (AHI >30 events/hour) 5: Acute upper respiratory tract infection, acute asthma exacerbation, or baseline SpO2 180 mmHg or DBP >110 mmHg), unstable angina 7: Active gastrointestinal bleeding with hemodynamic instability, or baseline hypotension (SBP 1 hour 10: Concurrent participation in other clinical trials
