18 Years to 45 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Singleton pregnancy conceived spontaneously; 2.Age 18–45 years; 3.Undergo OGTT during pregnancy; 4.Pregnant women who had prenatal check-ups and gave birth at the Second Hospital of Shandong University;
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Suffering from diabetes before pregnancy; 2.Exclusion of severe internal and external medical conditions; 3.Refused to undergo the OGTT during pregnancy; 4.Did not undergo routine prenatal check-ups;
