Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Voluntary participation and ability to provide informed consent; 2.Tissue biopsy confirmed gastric adenocarcinoma; 3.The postoperative pathology was as follows: the depth of tumor invasion was T1, T2, T3, T4a, and the TNM stages were: stage I, II, and III (according to the TNM staging method for gastric cancer jointly announced by the International Union Against Cancer (UICC) and the American Cancer Federation (AJCC) in 2010); 4.Patients with most distal gastrectomy and D2 lymph node dissection or total gastrectomy and D2 lymph node dissection and radical resection; 5.20 years old<=age<=80 years, BMI18--30 kg/m^2; 6.Have not participated in the clinical trial research of other drugs in the 3 months prior to enrollment.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Non-tumor bleeding, obstruction, perforation, and infectious surgery; 2.Intraoperative and postoperative confirmation that the gastric tumor invades adjacent structures as T4b, or confirmation of peritoneal seeding or distant metastasis of the tumor. 3.Concomitant dysfunction of other important organs: including severe liver and kidney dysfunction; cerebral organic diseases, specifically referring to aneurysmal vascular diseases or arteriovenous malformations and cerebral hemorrhage; severe hypertension, coronary heart disease, cardiac insufficiency (NYHA = Class III), pulmonary arterial hypertension; hematological diseases; coagulation dysfunction; severe respiratory diseases. 4.Diagnosed with autoimmune diseases or having a history of steroid use for more than one month. 5.Patients with alcohol or drug dependence or a history of drug abuse. 6.Patients taking antipsychotic medications. 7.Patients who are deemed unsuitable for inclusion by other researchers.
