Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1 Age >= 60 years old; 2 Has been diagnosed with diabetes mellitus by a hospital of the second level or above; 3 Nno communication barriers.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1 Critically ill and/or in the end stage of the disease; 2 Unable to perform basic daily activities independently
