taVNS stimulation group:The taVNS stimulus applied to the left auricular nail boat was 0.2 ms per puncture with a single pulse width of 200 µs.
Sham group:A 0Hz taVNS stimulus was applied to the left auricular nail boat with a punctuation time of 0.2 ms and a single pulse width of 200 µs.
Normal control group:The taVNS stimulus applied to the left auricular nail boat was 0.2 ms per puncture with a single pulse width of 200 µs.

18 Years to 70 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1).Abdominal pain for not less than 6 months; 2).Exclusion of irritable bowel syndrome and organic abdominal pathology; 3).No medication for abdominal pain or psychoactive and vasoactive drugs have been taken in the last 7 days; if they have been taken within 7 days but meet the inclusion criteria, they can delay taVNS treatment for a few days.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1).Previously treated with VNS; 2).Pacemaker implant or other electronic device implant (cochlear implant, etc.); 3).Skin damage to the outer ear; 4).Intractable pain requiring immediate pain medication/agents; 5).Pregnant or breastfeeding women; 6).Severe mental illness or suicidal tendencies; 7).Unable to obtain informed consent.
