Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Meet the classification criteria of primary Sjogren's syndrome; 2.Age >=18 years old and <=80 years old, gender not limited; 3.Understand and agree to participate in this study and sign the informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Coexisting with other autoimmune diseases; 2.Combined with severe primary diseases such as cardiovascular, cerebrovascular, liver, kidney and hematopoietic systems; 3. Pregnant or lactating women; 4.Have a history of malignant tumors; 5.Hormones, immunosuppressants or biological agents have been used for treatment within the past 3 months.
