Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1 It meets the diagnostic criteria in "Key Points for the Diagnosis of Various Major Cerebrovascular Diseases in China 2019", and has been confirmed as ischemic stroke by cranial CT or MRI, and is the first onset. 2 Age: 40-70 years old; 3 The course of the disease is within one month and the condition is stable; 4 Normal cognitive function, MMSE score >= 24 points; 5 The Brunnstrom functional stage of the affected upper limb is >= stage II; 6 The patient voluntarily signed the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1 Accompanied by aphasia, lateral neglect, depression, etc. 2 Combined with severe diseases of the heart, brain, lungs, liver, kidneys, etc. 3 Suffer from serious mental disorders; 4 There is a serious impairment of consciousness or cognitive function; 6 Those who are unable to cooperate with the continuous treatment assessment.
