Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.AVH: Both biological parents are Han Chinese; right-handed; normal hearing on gross test; Age 18-65 years old, male or female; Meet DSM-5 clinical diagnostic criteria for schizophrenia; PANSS scale P3 item >= 4 points; Written informed consent from the patient is obtained, and written informed consent from the legal guardian is required if the patient is incapacitated during the onset period. 2.NAVH: Both biological parents are Han Chinese; right-handed; normal hearing on gross test; Age 18-65 years old, male or female; Meet DSM-5 clinical diagnostic criteria for schizophrenia; PANSS scale item P3=1 point; Written informed consent from the patient is obtained, and written informed consent from the legal guardian is required if the patient is incapacitated during the onset period.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.AVH: Individuals who meet the DSM-5 diagnostic criteria for schizoaffective disorder, mood disorders, developmental delays, pervasive developmental disorders, delirium, dementia, memory impairments, or other cognitive disorders; patients with severe unstable physical illnesses (such as heart disease); narrow-angle glaucoma; individuals with a history of epilepsy, excluding those with febrile seizures; patients who meet the DSM-5 criteria for substance dependence; individuals with or previously having had drug-induced malignant syndrome; those who cannot adhere to medication regimens or who do not have guardians; pregnant or breastfeeding women, or those planning to become pregnant; and contraindications to magnetic resonance imaging. 2.NAVH: Individuals who meet the DSM-5 diagnostic criteria for schizoaffective disorder, mood disorders, developmental delays, pervasive developmental disorders, delirium, dementia, memory impairments, or other cognitive disorders; patients with severe unstable physical illnesses (such as heart disease); narrow-angle glaucoma; individuals with a history of epilepsy, excluding those with febrile seizures; patients who meet the DSM-5 criteria for substance dependence; individuals with or previously having had drug-induced malignant syndrome; those who cannot adhere to medication regimens or who do not have guardians; pregnant or breastfeeding women, or those planning to become pregnant; and contraindications to magnetic resonance imaging.
