Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Children who have undergone allogeneic hematopoietic stem cell transplantation; 2. Children diagnosed as having active moderate to severe cGVHD according to the NIH consensus diagnostic and staging criteria, and who are scheduled to receive treatment with belumosudil mesylate tablets; 3. Under the age of 18, regardless of gender; 4. The subjects and their guardians are willing to follow the procedures and operations stipulated in the research protocol; 5. The subjects and their guardians are willing and able to provide written informed consent to participate in the study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. It is known that the subject is allergic to the research drug or its components; 2. The researcher believes that the child's current condition may interfere with participation in the study or present other unsuitable circumstances for participation.
