Gold Standard:One of the following conditions is met:1. VWF level (VWF antigen or activity) <30%
2. The VWF level (VWF antigen or activity) is 30%~50%, and the patient shows bleeding symptoms
3. FVIII activity/VWF antigen level < 0.7 and abnormal FVIII:VWF binding.

Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) At least one bleeding manifestation: epistaxis, skin ecchymosis, small wound bleeding, oral bleeding, gastrointestinal bleeding, hematuria, bleeding after tooth extraction, postoperative bleeding, menorrhagia, postpartum hemorrhage, muscle hematoma, hemarthrosis or central nervous system hemorrhage; (2) Platelet count>=100×10^9/L; (3) Fibrinogen level>=1.5 g/L; (4) D-dimer level<=500 µg/L.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) Presence of clinically confirmed severe underlying diseases, including: chronic kidney disease stage 4-5 (eGFR 80 years old.
