Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) glycosylated hemoglobin (HbA1c) in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus <=10%; 2) age 60-80 years; 3) on a stable medication regimen for at least 3 months; 4) Patients with irregular exercise.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Patients with type 1 diabetes and secondary diabetes; 2) insulin, glucocorticoids or drugs that affect the response of heart rate to exercise; 3) pregnant and lactating women; 4) Type 2 diabetes mellitus with serious complications or comorbidities (acute complications of diabetes, chronic renal failure with GFR (glomerular filtration rate) <10%, acute myocardial infarction, cerebral infarction); 5) Those who have poor compliance and are unable to complete exercise therapy.
