Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Pathologically clear diagnosis of prostate cancer; 2. Patients undergoing radical prostatectomy surgery; 3. Paraffin-embedded tissue specimens after surgery are kept in the pathology department; 4. Complete clinical and pathological data.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Age < 18 years old or older than 85 years old; 2. Patients with tumors other than prostate cancer; 3. Incomplete surgical specimens or clinical information in other hospitals; 4. Patients with insufficient surgical specimens for immunohistochemistry again.
