Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.On duty nurses in the respiratory department; 2.Work in the respiratory department for 1 year or more; 3. Independent rotation in respiratory medicine for more than 1 year; 4. Voluntary participation in this study

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Trained nurse; 2. Rotating/training nurses; 3. Participants who automatically withdrew during the investigation period
