Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.ASA I-II. 2.Single, 37-42 weeks gestation. 3.The woman consented voluntarily to a vaginal trial labor evaluated by the obstetrician and epidural labor .analgesia evaluated by the anesthesiologist. 4.Clinical data integrity.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Gestational hypertension and gestational diabetes requiring drug control. 2.History of chronic pain or long-term use of analgesics, contraindications to intraspinal anesthesia, history of neurological or psychiatric disorders. 3.Women who are participating in other clinical studies. 4.Other conditions deemed unsuitable for inclusion by researchers.
